The Mahindra Scorpio N Black Edition gets an all-black treatment inside out; Expected to be launched soon.
Mahindra & Mahindra launched the Scorpio N in the Indian market in 2022 and since then, it has got minor feature updates like ventilated seats, auto-dimming IRVM and more. However, visually there have been no changes. While the SUV still looks quite fresh, the Indian SUV maker has introduced a Black Edition model of the Scorpio N. Featuring an all-black theme inside out, the special edition is expected to launch soon. Let’s look at the details of the Scorpio N Black Edition.

Mahindra Scorpio N Black Edition Revealed: Exterior Changes
We have seen several examples of the Scorpio N where owners have blacked out certain exterior elements to give it a mafia appeal. This time, Mahindra has given these updates out of the factory. The Black Edition of the Scorpio N features a dark chrome finish on the front grille, a blacked-out front skid plate and alloy wheels finished in gloss black.
In addition to this, the roof rails and side body cladding have been given a black finish. Moreover, the chrome strip running on the window line is now removed to give a consistent all-black finish. There are no visible changes to the rear profile.
Mahindra Scorpio N Black Edition Revealed: Interiors
The standard Scorpio N gets a mocha brown interior finish paired with black colour. For the Scropio N Black Edition, Mahindra has gone ahead with an all-black theme. The dashboard has a black leather finish on the front part along with blacked-out elements on the door trims. Moreover, the inside A, B and C pillars are now finished in black along with a black roofline.
Apart from this, there are no changes to the features and the rugged SUV continues with a semi-digital instrument cluster.

Mahindra Scorpio N Black Edition Revealed: Variants, Expected Price & Powertrain
We expect Mahindra to offer the Black Edition with the top-spec Z8 and Z8 L variants of the Scorpio N. Even the Z8 Select trim could also get the special edition. For these additional visual upgrades, Mahindra could charge a premium of Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 25,000.
The Black Edition Scorpio N will continue to be powered by the familiar 2.0-litre mStallion petrol and the 2.2-litre mHawk turbo diesel engines, paired with a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox options. The Black Edition will most likely be offered across all the powertrain combinations including 2WD and 4WD configurations.
